结果状语从句

* He was so angry that he couldn't say a word. 他气得说不出话。
* He speaks so fast that no one can catch him. 他说话太快，无人听得明白。
* He is such a good person that we mustn't blame him. 他是这样好的人，我们不能怪他。
* They are such fine teachers that we all hold them in great respect. 他们是非常好的老师， 我们对他们极为尊敬。

【高中以上】
* Be modest, otherwise you'll lag behind. 要谦虚，否则就要落后。
* Hurry up, or else you'll be late. 快点，否则你要迟到了。
* Be careful, else you'll make a mess. 注意点，要不你会搞得一团糟。
* Their anxiety was such that they could not sleep. 他们如此焦虑，难以入睡。
* His behavior was such that everyone disliked him. 他的行为太不像话，以致于谁都讨厌他。

注: that 也可以单独引导结果状语从句, 如:
* What was the matter with the fellow that he looked so happy? 那人怎么回事，看起来这样高兴?
