序数词前不用the的情况

序数词前一般要有冠词the，但在以下情况不用the。
1) 表示“又一，再一”时
　 We'll go it over a second time. 我们得再复习一遍。

2) 序数词前有物主代词时
This is my fifteenth birthday. 这是我的第十五个生日。

3) 用于一些固定搭配时
first of all 首先 first aid 急救 at first 当初
every third day 每隔三天 from first to last 从头到尾

4) 在日期表达中
April (the) sixth 四月六日 September (the) first 九月一日

5) 有两个以上并列的序数词时，后面的序数词前的冠词可以省略。
The first and second rows were already full of people when I got there. 我到达时，第一二排已坐满。

6) 在某些动词短语中
take/win/get/gain first 获得冠军 come out first 获得第一名
